In honor of Cinco de Mayo sip on this spicy and refreshing Jalapeno Cilantro Sunrise as you thank Mexico for it’s contribution to the holiday season. Of course, drink responsibly, and enjoy!


  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Mango, chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Pineapple, chopped

  • Handful of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 2 Slices of Jalapeno

  • 1 Tbsp Simple Syrup

  • 3 Ounces Tequila

  • 1/2 Lime, juiced

  • Salt, cayenne, and chili powder for rim


  • Add the mango, pineapple, cilantro, Serrano peppers, and agave into a martini shaker.
  • Muddle until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Fill the martini shaker with ice, add the tequila and lime juice.
  • Give it a good shake, shake, shake and then pour the liquid through a strainer into a glass.
  • Add ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
