Ingredients 1 Pound Feta Cheese1 Medium Roasted Red Sweet Pepper, chopped3 Cloves Garlic, chopped1/4 Cup Chopped Basil3 Tbsp Olive Oil4 Tbsp Hot Sauce1/2 Lemon, just the juice Directions Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until nice and smooth. Adjust to your taste preferences with more Hot Sauce. Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil, then top with fresh chopped basil, and more hot sauce, if desired. Serve with pita chips!
