A quick and easy appetizer dip recipe made with creamy feta cheese, spicy hot sauce, roasted red sweet pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Feta Cheese

  • 1 Medium Roasted Red Sweet Pepper, chopped

  • 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Basil

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4 Tbsp Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 Lemon, just the juice

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until nice and smooth.
  • Adjust to your taste preferences with more Hot Sauce.
  • Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil, then top with fresh chopped basil, and more hot sauce, if desired.
  • Serve with pita chips!
