kcalA quick and easy appetizer dip recipe made with creamy feta cheese, spicy hot sauce, roasted red sweet pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and fresh basil.
Ingredients
1 Pound Feta Cheese
1 Medium Roasted Red Sweet Pepper, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 Cup Chopped Basil
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1/2 Lemon, just the juice
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until nice and smooth.
- Adjust to your taste preferences with more Hot Sauce.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil, then top with fresh chopped basil, and more hot sauce, if desired.
- Serve with pita chips!
